What can be reported?

Anonymous dialogue
Serious issues such as bribery, embezzlement, accounting fraud, personal injury or environmental damage etc. can be reported in the whistleblower-system. 

In addition, any violation or misconduct of the financial services regulation can be reported. 

Less serious issues like bullying, dissatisfaction with pay, violation of internal guidelines etc., can not be reported in this system. Such issues must be addressed through Nets' normal reporting channels.
It is important that you describe all the facts - even the facts you do not think is of importantance.

Please, when possible substantiate your claim. If you have written documention, please attach the document in a digital form.
Everything is completely anonymous. You get assigned a case number and choose a password.

When you file the report, you can choose that you want to follow the proceedings, still without revealing your identity.

We encourage that you follow the proceedings, as the people processing notifications may need to ask clarifying questions to be able to move forward with the investigation.
